CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible using the details below. If your order has not yet been dispatched, you will be eligible for a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched, we will need to wait until the goods are returned to us before initiating the refund process.

Once we receive the returned item(s) in unopened condition, a refund (excluding postage and packaging fees) will be processed within 7 to 15 business days and issued to your original payment method.

If your cancellation is received before dispatch, your full refund will also be processed within 7 to 15 business days from the date of cancellation.

Right to Cancel

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date the goods are physically received by you or a nominated third party.

To exercise this right, please inform us of your decision by providing a clear written statement (such as a letter, email, or fax). While you may use our cancellation form if available, this is not required.
